1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including watch box, tags, manuals, and warranty card.
A proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Watches that show signs of wear or damage
Customized or personalized watches
Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable on the product page)
Watches with removed or tampered warranty seals
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at: returns@mmtwatches.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief reason for return, and clear photos (if the product is defective or damaged).
Wait for our customer support team to respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
Carefully package the product and send it to the return address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange your watch for a different model:
Follow the return process above.
Mention the model you’d like in exchange.
If the new item costs more, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference.
If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference after the exchange is processed.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
Notify you via email that we’ve received your return
Approve or reject your return based on its condition
If approved, process your refund within 7 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or mobile wallet). In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include pictures of the item and packaging
We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund
7. Late or Missing Refunds

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
